Led by Zhejiang Psychological Health Association, a team of ten psychological experts from Hangzhou Center for the Prevention of Psychological Crisis were sent on Thursday to Wenling, the area hardest-hit by typhoon Rananim, the 14th typhoon this year, to offer psychological services to local villagers suffering the typhoon.

"our mission is to help local people walk out of despair and a helpless mental condition so as to reduce the negative effect to a minimum", said Zhao Guoqiu, chief of Hangzhou Center for the Prevention of Psychological Crisis, talking about the mission of the team of experts.　　　

According to Zhao, main recipient groups are childen who had witnessed the disaster because the shadow resulted from the typhoon may have an effect on them for all their life.
